Alright, just a quick rundown. At the moment, and probably for weeks because of a recovering knee, I can't jump or run, which means I can't trick. I'm looking to start up the first day of summer break, which will be great. At one point, I had Raiz and the 540, and that's it (aside from handstand, cartwheel, one-handed cartwheel, etc.). I had only one of the basics, and that was back in October, so I'm basically starting over.

Anyway, can someone set me up a short program for summer? I thought it might be more fun than tedious. For instance:

- Best exercises to improve tricking ability such as legs and core. (Arms?)
- Scedule for first week, second, etc.
- What to start with, then to move onto.
- Past experiences.

Of course I have reference to Juji's "Start the Tricking" article. My goal is getting all 5 (6?) basics by the end of the Summer. D-leg, aerial, back tuck, 540, b-twist. None are missing, right? Thank you guys in advance, I really don't know much about specifics.[/attentionwhore]

Some questions -
Are you looking for a conditioning routine or a tricking routine?
This is for when your knee has fully recovered, correct?
What sort of shape are you in currently?

I'm looking for a little of both, but mostly tips on starting with tricks more than weightlifting, and what I might do to help prepare for any trick.

Yes, this is for when I'm at 100%. I'm in pretty good shape, except my heart still beats more than 60 times a minute, which sucks. Other than that, I guess I have an atheletic build.
