Here my Doublebackflips attempts on a mat,and one Zugahara(Barian with a Backflip)on a minitramp!:wink:

Please give me a lot of feedbacks guys!

just watched the first vid again and i like that way that on ur first backflip you are pretty much cheering before you have even landed it

Ya, you could do it on spring floor but you'd have no chance on hard floor, not to be discouraging, you just need to work on blocking (dogen's tutorials AWESOME STUFF) and when you have that going then you can work on the rest of your technique flaws, look how far back you go! that could be height, seriously, WATCH DOGEN's TUTORIAL if you get that down then you could probly do it on grass eventually.

Nice ... Very nice, but aim to go more up, that is the only possible tip i could give you

They are pretty good, and you should be alright on a spring floor. However, you have almost no set before you start rotating so you lose a lot of height and rotation. I suggest doing more timers where you let it go up and rotate a little bit before you flip it over. I coach gymnastics so i know the correct technique... not to mention i used to do double layouts on the spring floor--so setting before your flip is very important.
