if you don't like the thread...you don't have to post... anyway work your handstands, your cartwheels, your roundoffs...these are very basic. if you have access to a gym, talk to one of the people there and start going to open gym. use the equipment there ie. trampolines etc, to get yourself farmiliar with flipping. try front tucks, and back tucks. trampolines really do well in taking away the fear. once you get those down, get a spotter and try a few on the floor. good luck
