ok this is one of my first attempts with pretty much no bounce compared to what it looks any way i have them alot better now and am going straight up then tucking and it is overall alot cleaner, so here it is

ohh ye an i do eliminate alot of hight on that which i dont do anymore, that was my second attampt at it and that is what i have pretty much done all day

yeah no air at all...but it seems you're rotation is pretty fast. when you do it on the ground you're gonna need more power. remember to stretch up, before you tuck and bring your knees to your hands. and look foreward as much as you can (which you are mostly doing since you're not going backward too much) good luck :)

ye this is what i kinda thought, erm it is alot better now and i can do it without really bouncing now, also i have lost all fear and thoughts of attempting it on a trampoline and was waiting untill the peak of my jump before

good job though...it's better than alot of people's back tucks when attempting them for the first few times
