Are there any exercises or stretches I can do to correct my externally rotated flat feet? Thanks for any replies.

I've been making an effort to do that for years and it hasn't helped.

Do you actually know what you're talking about, or is this just based on your intuition? I don't mean to sound rude. It's just that a lot of people on this forum hand out advice and pretend they know what they're talking about when all they're doing is guessing or passing on something they vaguely remember hearing from a friend of a friend five years ago.

End your suffering by commiting suicide and let Syn rape you, doggy style.

Both good ideas.

What I was told is to place a towel on the floor, flat like a mat. Then stand on it and try to bunch it up using your feet. So use your toes to pull the towel underneath your feet untill you cant do anymore.
This basically strengthens the muscles that arch your feet.

Thanks for the advice, everyone. I will try orthotics and towel bunching and, if that doesn't seem to help, I'll see a podiatrist.
