ARGH! around two months ago, i messed my back up from brandys. i thought that after some time it would heal, but its not getting any better. i went to the doctor last week, and he gave me some anti inflammatory medicine. are there any stretches or excersizes i can do? please help me

U shuld always stretch THROUGHLY before a tricking session. For the back i always do a bridge a bridge. but i have better fexibility then most people so i get a much more satisfying stretch in my abs and back. People wo dont stretch there backs before tricking are fools.

Umm to ur original question, does this help?

I always stretch my back, but I don't really feel a difference, and I ended up injuring my lower back a little. Seems somewhat better now, but still...

I had that after jamming something into my ribcage once. Like, you can't move it at all and if you cough for even talk sometimes, it hurts like fuck? I had that for around a month or so. Sucks dick, I know.

guys guys guys! i went to an asian chiropractor and somehow, through their illogical knoledge of the human body, i feel pretty good. i cant really run or do sports still, but there isn't that much pain any more. if you are having back problems, you should consider going to an asian chiropractor. their treatments make no sense, you wont be able to communicate with them, and they will put smelly ointments on you, but it somehow works. amazing

i went to a cyropractor and he did this thing to my back and made it feel much better. but he didnt tell me how to stop the pain from coming back. it only gets sore after tricking and riding my bike so i want to know some exercises and strechers which will hope fully fix the problem.
