lol tricking has no definite definition.

my personal one i tell people its martial arts based kicking with acrobatic and gymnastics movements. as well as anything else we think looks cool such as bboying moves.

lol we are all prostitutes lol. well in my opinion tricking is a form of movement that can express the body.

some h-core gymnastics guy asked me the other day "what you guys are doing" and i told him "tricking: its pretty much gymnastics mixed with martial arts"
