Gainer --> J-step Gainer

I just got my Gainer yesterday and I was wondering how hard it was to go from a small run up Gainer to a J-step Gainer..??

I think it is a difficult transition because in a j-turn gainer you rely heavily on the swing of the leg similar to a pendulum, I think i do it fairly well though for a decent example you can go to my myspace http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=33544927
