funny how alot of people seem to find the forums first, i took me about 6 months of knowing of TT's existance to realise there was a forum.

but yes, double edge is right visit the main site and read all the excellent stuff juji has made for you.

Read main site, practice axe kicks, hooks, crescents and all those basics, practice flexibility, and train for a good and powerful tornado kick.
Try learning properly with the righ techique or you will end up in such a slow progress like me ^^

Like Sean said, read a bit on the main site, and just try the basics and find out which of them are the easiest for you. Don't limit yourself to just one or two tricks just because others say they're the easiest, or you want them the most, that way you may waste a lot of time. And most important, have fun!

If you have a bad diet, you might want to change it a bit (or a lot if it's really bad). I'm probably not the best source for info on this, but there is a nutrition forum for this anyways. One thing I can say is: Milk and squats!

the easiest trick to learn is kind of a subjective thing, it varies with everybody. there is a linear progression that some people follow, but isn't exactly necessary, or mandatory.

you can find some articles about tricking and general philosophy here (http://bilang.com/system.php?cat=misc&page=documents), it's basically a little summary of what tricking is in sesshoumaru's point of view. it has a lot of interesting things in there like basic kicking, combinations, and style types; but most just note the classification of tricks and their progression.

i would tell you to work on basic kicks, like the ones presented in the tricking bible, but the ones you're going to use the most are crescent, hook/wheel, and maybe front. as far as tricks, get used to simple movements like cartwheels, tornado kicks, and stuff like that. Then when you're up to it, try a 540 or pop 360. alot of people think cheat 7 is easier than 540, so give that a try too. just feel it out man, and good luck
