I'm scared shitless of heights.
I have some flips and stuff, but when it comes to doing them off a 10cm high springboard I chicken out. I'm pretty confident I'm the only person alive with this problem, I'm so unique!
Grow some balls is the best advice you will get...
or
On the other hand just dont use a springboard ever... and dont step off any kerbs...

nobody can help you with fear but yourself, it took me a good week to get the guts to do a back tuck off of a bhs, but I did it a few dozen times after I did it once, you just have to go for it, but take the right precautions, I did the bhs back tuck on a cheese block onto a crach matt. just do it the first few times with the right precautions, if you can't do it like that, then ur a wuss and like the other guy said, grow some balls.

Spend more time in high places and just jumping off the spring board, not flipping. Jump off the low dive at your local pool, slowly building height.
Fear is the mindkiller. Face your fear. :good:
best idea is to get a crash mat if you haven't already, it always helps. Just know the crash mat is there, you won't hurt yourself even if you fall
