Hey, I did these todays and figured it worked nice cuz I land them pretty easily...To me they look like jstep gainers but I think I might be wrong as to what is a jstep gainer..and I'm not sure if they are slanted or not or whatever..
What would you call these ?

PS : I can do normal gainers, perfectly straight, but i'm not sure if those are considered gainers or if they are a bit slanted..(the run up makes me go a bit angled)

It seems like a J-Step but i cant tell
From what I garner it's hard to do perfectly vertical gainers from a J-step takeoff. Screw the J-step if you can do it the normal way, unless you're adding spin or comboing it with a cork or something.

looks good to me, you tend to get more power out of those

looks pretty good man. But if you can do normal gainers without the J-step, and you can do them well, then stick with the normal one
now try to do flash ^^
gainer flash rules!!!

Why? Ofcourse it's an opinion, but I think that j-step gainers look a lot cooler than normal gainers. In fact, I find normal gainers really boring, but I love j-step gainerflashes.
And about the video, couldn't play it :(

Oh well, My gym coach told me my normal gainers were way higher anyway...I'll just use the j-step semi slanted gainer to work my way to corkscrew
