Accommodation:

Ok I said that four people (dave, lynall, chris and joe) could sleep in my kitchen.

HOWEVER... i've decided im going to double it and allow EIGHT people in the kitchen, so thats 4 more. The people im offering this to is alpha, anony, mickey and dreamer.

by the way, sleeping on the floor isnt that cushy. Bring something to lay on!


That leaves Bagel in a B+B, if thats ok with you guys.

I have selected a good local B+B called "The Dial", their number is: 01865 425100.

If theres a problem with that then we can find other places NO PROBLEM.

Plan

The three day plan:

Monday 10th
-Everyone arrives around 12-2pm
-sort accommodation and roll call
-Grass session and general wander around oxford (making footprints in posh grass)
-Break up for the evening, maybe meet up for a meal if people want.

Tuesday 11th
- Meet up around 11ish (no rush)
- Wander around oxford again, make sure everyone knows about the gym.
-approx 2ish get ready for the gym.
- gym session 5-7 costing £7 each.
-get back around half 8 9ish.
- disband for the night, maybe meet up in the evening for a drink.

Wednesday 12th
- meet up around 11ish again
- Cinema! or ice skating!
- everyone leaves whenever they want weds afternoon.

*just incase you hadnt had enough- gym session in rugby 8-10*

please everyone bring cameras I'm going to be be making some samplers and a mini documentary for the gathering, it would be lush if people could do a little filming for me and ill pay for all mini dv tapes :) ill try and talk to some of your guys individually
the reasons I'm saying this sorry is because I'm also making a little film from this for my A level film and video course, so I gotta get some nice camera angles and stuff heheh, would be lush if some of you guys could help me out :)
