Probably just start training them again. Im no pro but I screwed my shoulder last year after it collapsing while doing some onehanded hops. I had to goto the physio and do all this treatment, stay off it for a while, this was like the middle of the year last year, still hurts doing certain stuff. After doing that when I came back I just trained the moves again, they came back real quick, just had to do them a few times and I got the hang of them. Probably dont work to hard because you might need to ease back in, and dont get too stressed either.

It's not going to take you long, at all, to get back to where you were, do not fret.
I hope you feel better.
But if you already did it before, I bet you could do it again. =\
Good luck.

Keep working with them, they will get back to normal, faster than it took you to get there in the first place.

Trust me you have nothing to worry about. My freidn/coach just came out of the hospital a couple weeks ago, after being in there for 2 months. He hadnt walked in that whole 2 months. Its taking time but he's doing backflips again and he got back his splits pretty quick. It will definitely take some time but just keep at it and dont expect things to come back instantly.

getting pissed doesn't help get them back, relearning them does.

Sidenote: Is it the new fad? Hmm! Everyone should start cussing in their titles. Like, I dunno, maybe I'll start my next thread with the title 'Smeggin' Hell!' or something. XD
Back to subject:
The best you can do is EASE yourself back into your old routine. Think about it: you've been stricken with a disease, right? You're not going to get back on your feet and kick like Bruce Lee or trick like Jujimufu. You HAVE to get your body back into shape before you attempt any of that.
I'm in the same situation. I've just recovered from nearly breaking my knee after attempting to do a Butterfly+540 trick near a stone wall. It's been two weeks and i've only just begun to get back into the groove. I know your pain, man. ^_~
The best man is not the man who can pull off the hardest stuff in the world; it's the man who can also make sure he doesn't pulls his body apart in the process.

If it's just your legs that are giving you the issues, go out for a light jog and stretch right afterwards. Then give it more work. Plus the sickness could still be effecting you more then you notice. You should be right up to par in a week, just take it easy and don't try to push yourself too hard.
thank u guys, i think i'm going back to train on tuesday

hmm if youve just been ill i bet you that your muscle explosivity is decreased, and therefore you wont be able to trick as well. when you are properly better you body wont have to train loads of its resources on getting you better and then you will have those resources back for tricking.

Kip up alone doesnt take that long to learn in the first place, so it should be even quicker now

Just get yourself back in good shape first, u kno, jumpin, stretching, basic kicks, resistance training etc. n when u get a particular good karma going on, let muscle memory gently lead ur body thru rediscovery of ur former prowess. n voila, back in business as if ur disease was juz a long nightmare ended.
Good Luck n i'm sure u'll have no major problems.

On a good note, and different then what everybody else said, I injured my left leg about a year ago. It took me about 3 months to recover. during which I did no tricking whatsoever, but when I did start stretching and working on it again within a short time I was more flexible and stronger than before. I think getting injured actually helped my tricking quite a bit.

i wish to, but i'm too scared to practice alone, i've asked some of my friends to spot me but they said i'm an idiot because i want to learn these useless stuffs. i just sent'em to hell but the problem remains...
