...if you just learned a backflip. I had them, i could normaly land a backflip, but only for a week. Then i started to jump from height. And now Im leaning back and jumping back.

I know you cant do much and its up to me to re-learn backflip. But I need some suggestions and tips, so I will try to repair my technique tomorow.

You need to jump UP. It doesn't look like you are committing to your jump.

If you know what your problem is why don't you stop moaning and just work on fixing it? If your not jumping up, the problem is.........your not jumping up, therefor you need to..............jump up.

i had backflips for a week then i lost them from doing them off heights i have got close to getting them back but it is a lot harder to get them back once u are used to going from heights
It was stupid of me in the first place to do them off height all the time

Ya... just tuck better. If you did that, youre not jumping back THAT much, youd prob just land a foot or so behind u. If your really concerned about jumping back, try to jump forward. On your jump try to jump as if you would land about an inch in front of u. Helped me not jump back as much at leasy.

Tucking too late, and tucks aren't close enough to chest. I had the exact same problem.

what the others said, your not tucking hard enough, make yourself tighter and you will rotate faster

I lost my backflip too a while ago. The way i got it back was i started over from the begining. i went back to using a spotter and in a couple of days i got it back.
