nice, you got it, it just needs tweaking. try getting a solid landing in a straight line.

i don't think you are getting your legs around fast enough towlie, but i think its because of your upper body. try using more force with your upper body to get a faster rotation, and lift your chest up.

like right now while you are sitting, turn your upper body to your right and have your right arm reaching as far behind you as you can without leaning at shoulder height and your left arm bent in front of you going in the same direction as the right arm. swing both your arms to the other side, letting them cut down as they pass in front of you, then back up. let your upper body be moved by the momentum. you should feel how doing that lifts your left shoulder and opens your chest, it should feel like that when you do an aerial. and if you swing them hard enough, you'll notice that it torques your hips around which means that you're legs will rotate faster.

haha, when i was getting up to make sure i was giving you the right advice, i just landed on my barbell and busted my ass.

towlie2110 I think you are also trying to travel a little to much, the more you travel the harder it is to get your leg down, You also arent commited to the move.
I think if you maybe try not travel so much and just commit to the move and dont put your hands down no matter what, you will probably find you will land it.
I hope this is of some help
Good luck with your training
