As you probably know now, any flip you do, you need to completely dedicate yourself to making it over, so i'm sure it's just fear getting to you. Pretty much, run up much like it were a front tuck, but instead of just loading up and jumping, you add a little 90 degree spin onto your prejump hop. Stall it out and when you feel you have a good center of gravity, tuck and hold your posture. If you are still having issues with it, use a crash mat or something to eliminate fear.

Plus there's a nice video tutorial I noticed floating around the forums that should cover any other questions.

Have fun.

do you try them off a roundoff? if you are, it's best to land the roundoff sideways rather than facing the way you came. Focus at a point, jump, stall and tuck, and rotate according to the axis. Think of it as a roundoff - arabian without the extra 90 degress

you are tourquing straight into the floor rather than jumpint it up. Try it using the two footed takeoff as well, you may find it easier, and if not go back to the one footed takeoff
