I have quite good physical condition,i'm just not good at gymnastics but i hope i can fix that :D

Best to start with real foundation moves like cartwheels, handsprings, bkicks, tornado kicks etc etc.

good basics:

-tornado (both ways)
-360 (both ways)
-au batido
-cartwheels (BOTH WAYS!!!)

then you can progress onto other things.

then go for basics,
tornado -> 540
bkick -> btwist
cartwheel -> aerial
dunno -> backflip
360 -> doubleleg

Ok, assuming you can already handle cartwheels, handstands, summersaults (grounded), and a basic 360 crescent you will probably want to start working with flips. My first was a front flip, but that was my personal choice, mostly out of fear of the back flip.

So, you have your basic flips if that is the path you choose to start on, consisting of front flip, back flip, side flip.

Although I would personally recomend starting off with a tricking cocktail consisting of: Arial, Back Flip, 540 crescent, and a front handspring for dessert.

Just go to the main page, which is full of tutorials for all of the basics, watch the videos, pick a reasonable trick and go for it.

Good luck :good:

maybe this is asking too much but could u post me some links to tuts of those basics?

dude, get into the habit of finding things for yourself. Look in the all-star guides and writeups thread in the guides and walkthroughs subforum and download the tutorials.

if you keep asking for people to give you links to easily found information people will start to get pissed off with you, which isnt good!

Learn an au batido first they are easy as pie! (if you can do a handstand)
whenever I do any handspring I just do a somersault with tons of momentum. It hurts and it cuts me :sad: I think it might have something to do with my legs being bent or not springing or something?
Can anyone help me? Just in case you have the same problems I do later on you can refer back here
