tips for my double leg (with study notes)

i've been trying to learn the double leg for a long time now and i get different results and different time.

i get closer to a dleg in the evening and not the afternoon, i've tried learning it the bent knee way but it's not really working all that good.i time i got closest was when i tried dleging up my friends trampoline(run at the trampoline, hop, turn, jump, torque, spin about 270 degrees, then hit the trampoline)

so should i work on dleging up my friends trampoline, then move onto double leging over something, then to a double leg

Go to the gym, and try getting the big cylinder thing and set it up in front of the foam pit, do it over that a few times, then bring it to the plyo floor and maybe put a crash mat down on the other side if you want...

I learned with double-legging over stuff, helps you concentrate on getting height, it helps alot when you focus on getting as high as possible, and not jumping diagonal like, but rather straight up.

too young to go to the gym? since when is there a minimum age required to go to the gym? did you ask your mom why you can't go?

she said i have to no how to use all the machines(i do) and i have to talk grade to weight room but im grade8

jump up and torque torso to sky then when your legs have caught up with torso and are also facing sky torque round to face floor (torque round not down)

MMmmm, that Dleg makes me want to go outside and work them some more.

notice how i do two things... i tourque up and then as i begin falling i tourque to face floor. so its tourque delay tourque.
