tuck and gin hight in the same time?!

hi im new here and i have a question that i think about for a long time.
i watched a lot-of vids and i saw usualy in doubles that the people are tucking and gaining hight in the time and the guys how did this had amazing flips. if someone know how to do this please tell me the secret!!!!!!!

Sesshoumaru isn't gaining height during his tuck, he just starts tucking while he's still gaining height. Look, when he starts spinning (when his knees have just about reached his chest), he stops gaining height.

he tucks when he reaches the peak of his jump, also notice that it is the strong tuck that helps bring you over during the flip

It is proper to do a double stalling it like a normal flip but it is natural to try and flip as fast as possible instead of spining slightly slower at a much higher height, so people tuck fast to use the jolt from the rebound to help them spin faster, if Sesshoumaru did a stalled single flip he would go quite a bit higher and would most likely be able to double too, he must be insanely powerful to be able to get go that high with barely stalling at all. but stalling a double is SCARY, so a lot of people don't.

The thing is, you don't really stop gaining height until you start rotating. You can begin to tuck as you are going up, just really rip those legs into you and rotate when you peak.

And for sesh gaining height, He really didn't gain height from the tuck. He just is an amazing athlete. There really is no secret for it. Work hard and it will come.

It'd all be about getting chicks, (you have no idea how many girls asked me and said they'd do anything for me to join) But I already have one and It wouldn't be worth it. I'd have to go to every game, plus I wouldn't get to tumble much.
