when you kick up, you should look for the ground and drive for it. you go where your vision goes.

hmm, yea i have been trying that a lot...look up for the sky then the ground behind me......but i never see them..my lower body ends up torqing and barley notice much of ground...i guess i should jerk my head back faster and look for ground before my legs get up around..but how can i make my whole body faster through out the move? Dodgens Gainer whips around in a flash, mine lingers lol
thanks for tip i shall try more tommorow :punched:
when i leard to do this i kinda brought my momentem to a T instead of a J
so i called it a T-step. just run forward jump and and turn 90 degrees. put your jumping foot in front of your momentem (blocking). Then as you swing your leg try to push your hips forward<hump the sky> this will make you go higher. PPl think your arms help alot in this move but its just kick and jump. the harder you kick the faster you spin, the higher you jump the smoother the move looks.
I think your fulenseca is farly decent just praqctise you ull get a pattren down with this move
hold up. If you jerk your head back faster before your leg goes high your gainer is going to be way forced and will go no where. Make sure your kick goes up and that you watch it go up, then pull it down, keeping your foot in your line of vision through the entire move. I hope this helps you man. Also, the tips that the others gave are good. keep at it.
