Okay i've been trying this move for quite some while, and i just can't really get the technique down. I don't even know the name of the move
but i do have 2 examples of myself trying to do it, and someone that succeeds doing it. so if there is someone that can already do this move,
please explain me the technique and what i need to change

GOOD example

Firstly, I don't know the exact correct name for that, but it's basically a full done a bit to the side with a x-out sort of thing before you land.

First thing I noticed between yours and the other guy (norweigian yes?) is that he actually does more of a cartwheel landing feet together. Whereas you're doing a roundoff. Look where his feet are pointing. He then rips the twist to the side, somewhere between a bad b-twist and a full.

I'll try this move tomorrow. Btw, for your full, try taking a bit more speed and locking your shoulders and pushing of the roundoff more. You should kind of explode into the move. The actualy twist is ok, though quite low :good:

its weird, in you older version you were doing more of a full, but if you watch the good example he does the cartwheel, and spins once and does like a crowd awakener type thing at the last bit as hes doing an extra half rotation, he doesnt at any point do a flip, it is more of just a twist i think, i wanna try em now after doing all of that analysing ! anyway your recent attempts are looking wiked
