I have in my opinion whats a fairly good hyper 360, kick is well above head height etc, i can land it on one leg easily consistently, so how do I go about changing it to a feilong. I know how to do a feilong, but I have trouble actually doing one. Its hard to throw the second kick, do both legs stay straight the entire time etc. How exactly do you do the second kick and how do you transfer a hyper 360 into a feilong.

You're asking HOW but said you already know HOW. Obviously you don't KNOW how. The second leg is just like the first kick. The first kick is a crescent, outside crescent to be exact. The second leg is also a crescent, only this one is inside since the inside of your foot is traveling inwards. You basically just repeat the same motion as the first leg, only do it with the other. Timing for the kicks would obviously make a big difference. When I do it, I wait until my first leg just passes my "target" and then I sling the other leg around to hit the same target. It's quite simple actually. If you can hyper 360 a feilong is hardly anymore advanced. You can learn the basic form in one session easy, but it may take a little more time to have it really good.
