OK i want to be able to do double fulls however as my current full twist is i am unable to. If you notice i also do round-off fulls the same way as crazy Asian (round-off one way full the other), as i want to do full twists with the proper technique this isn't an issue as to why i cannot double full.
I would like to know how it feels more that how it should look if you get me.
any help would be appreciated

i used to do full like that on the otherside of the roundoff,it felt the same to me but i was spinning on the wrong side blah blah, now for the double full i think if you just wrap hella hard you could do it,you have the height, just lay your body out more iguess. or learn your roundoff on the other side.

I have the same problem minus the spining the wrong way, but that isn't your problem, either way you spin you shouldn't use the twisting in your roundoff to initiate your spin. look at any roundoff doubles you see, they spin quite a bit after they leave the ground. when you spin right off the ground it has the same effect as throwing your head back in a back tuck.
Here are some things to get you used to not spinning right away. jump up and twist your body like you were going to spin but keep your arms out like yuor running to hug a long lost lover, then on your way down (should may have twisted 1/4 to 1/2 spin at that point) THEN pull your arms in, what do you know you spun just as fast as if you spun off the ground (if not,try it again and this time do it right... try tweaking your body a bit more on takeoff and start your arms more up than an embraceful hug, its not rocket science, just grade 12 physics) for a brief physics reference centripetal force = mass x velocity squared / radius that mean the smaller the raduis of you, the faster you spin, also the force is constant for as long as you are in the air as well as your mass so at any time you can change your velocity.
now before you try this I would STONGLY recommend doing a few layouts (not whipbacks) once you've done that then just go like you were going to full normally, but keep your arms up in the YMCA Y way, don't forget to give a little tweak to initiate the spin or or else you might not spin fast enough to double. then wait a certain amount of time (not too long) before your pull in (but not too short) just feel it out over a few hundred tries. If you suceed you will full straight, unlike your avatar, and much much higher.
Any further questions just reply or pm me

Yeah basically what dovica said. I just got these and the key for me was: Big set. Big wrap. Also the flip really needs to turn over if you are landing on your back. To help with this do some powerful layouts and try to overotate them a bit maybe on a tramp or in a pit or something. Then try to do the double full with the same set and rotation as for the layout.
Edit: I looked at the gif again. You really need to use your arms more for the set. Really reach up high with them. Dont twist too early.

i can spin fine, i can do triple fulls on tramp. just something seems to goto pot on floor. ill try and delay it till im upside down before i spin

When I said rotation I didnt mean the twist, I meant the actual rotation of the flip. On the ground you need to generate that rotation before you twist, otherwise you crash. On the trampoline its obviously easier to flip over, but on the ground the flip needs to be emphasised.
