B-kick is a really simple move, you just need to practice and get a feel for the technique.

May not be useful now, but another vid to look at. This one's a very recent one of mine: http://s64.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=2XT1U5O58FZTI0S7NGLQCKOHEH

the degrees of rotation come naturally when you do the kick so don't be fussed about that. from standing is easier sincey ou have more control.

whoa bert's bkick is a whirlwind!!

Well one thing I will say about the bkick. Like the au batido, it's a move that progressively gets better over a long period of time. It's not the kind of thing will you adjust it's look immediately in one session. There's only so much technique you can fix and only time will truly make it stand out. For me, the bkick was the first move I really learned from just drilling, not including the kip up. It's just gotten slowly better and better over the last 3.5 years.

My point is, don't expect it to be good immediately. Just get the basic form down and let time and practice take care of the rest.

Yeah there's pretty much a dozen threads at least for every basic and intermediate move. People don't bother with search most of the time.
