View Full Version : Give me a Tip what I should do.

Yo I have had this injury for like a month or something already and I feel it's going away, actually it's nearly away I think, now it feels so good compared to before I just want to run and jump al over the place but I shouldn't because I'm going to fuck it up again.
So any tips on what to do so I can just waste time and sit still and like... do something for the next couple of days?

Practise basic kicks, stretch, condition yourself... do stuff that will improve your tricking when you get back to it hehe.

Just don't do any hardcore tricking, I think everyone has the urge when their injured... it's not the right thing to do. Maybe some light stuff but nothing too stressful on the joints.

I'm not supposed to go tricking but I'm having a tricksession next week because I have holidays and I just can't let it go to waste. I'm only gonna do stuff I can handle easily like aerials and backflips. Sadly no flashkicks, sideswipes or any of that other good stuff :eh:

Injuries suck but they're a part of tricking.

My legs are injured so i'm not able to do any tricks except fr au batido's or something like that.
And I do stretching but that takes like 45 minutes and after that i'm bored again :tongue:

Welp, any upper body exercises you can do? Dips, pushups, whatever? Ankle conditioning? Joint strengthening? Haha surely you can think of something.

Or you can make a website or something to pass the time inside. Or analyze videos of your tricks and compare to perfect executions and see if you can find any tips that might benefit you. Or play videogames. Or hunt on people.

I have a hip injury atm, im just lifting and doing some light static and dynamic stretching and playing drums
its not like you spent your entire time tricking before anyway d:

When I couldn't trick I took an old tennis racket and went out side to create a new sport.

UTRB

Ultimate Tennis Racket Balancing

Balance the racket and do flips while catching it. So far i've landed.

Half Front Flip(Fronts are much easier than backs)
Full Front
double front
almost triple front
Back
half back
Side Flip
Side Half
Front half Twist
Front Full Twist
half front to 1 and a half front full twist.

WOOOOOOOOO!!! but i'm healed now so Doubt i'll be playing much more UTRB
