you should be putting almost all of the energy from jumping into your verticle, then your tuck should make you spin.. it looks like you're still jumping back a bit. try jumping straight up as high as you can, and try waiting to tuck until higher in the jump.

definately. ur whipping back like a demon. jump UP
Cheers i will try that next time.
try throwing your arms up quicker, that helped me
ur jumping back, not up, jump then rotate. i garantee you'll land it, but without you haing fear (well i dont think you would have fear wit all those mats). soo try it now.:good:

ehhhh, It's better. But still you need to tuck harder and not lean back soo much. It's killing your height. I wouldn't call it landed though.

yeah... you're leaving the ground before your legs are extended all the way... try to pick a spot on the wall in front of you, and stare at it for as long as you can, preferrably till after you've left the ground... reach UP, not back... and also, make sure you tuck much harder than you are... that's really your main problem... you have plenty of power, but you need to tuck more, to speed up your rotation... the other two tips will just make it better... and also, try to use your shoulders a little, as in shrug a little when you're swinging your arms up... it'll help also...
