Haha, I thought so. I'd get that delirious feeling from all the sodium. The bulking part explains it though, I wonder how long you'd be able to sustain that without major adverse effects, if indeed it would cause any.

Haha, I wouldn't say I'm bulking because that would probably mean at some point I'd want to 'cut' or something, which I don't. I'm just looking to get stronger so getting heavier / eating enough to recover & grow is what I'm doing. Despite the inevitable fat I will most likely gain too, I'm still going to come out of this looking better, which is a bonus.

Yeah, it's great, but at 5'5" my asshole isn't too big & with all the food I'm eating I frequently rip my ass hole every time I shit. It's a small price to pay for getting big & strong though, I'd say.

I'm trying to fine tune my bulking diet. Typically I try and aim for 3,000-,4000 calories a day. If I don't make it to 3,000 on a day I just make it up with milk.
