I took Tang Soo Do and was never introduced to more than tornadoes. They told me to do "a tornado, but land on the kicking leg" and I got that on my first try. Didn't know it was a 540 until I started tricking.

Looked up kajukenbo and it looks interesting, but of the ones listed the answer is most likely TKD. The exception would be if the TKD school is very traditional and the first karate school is very non-traditional.

Easiest way to tell for sure is watch their advanced classes and see who's doing more jump kicks. There's your answer.

Martial art Forms? (Some Trickers Trick2Kill)

Capoeira, but techniqually its a dance, & wushu are the best choices

To those who are saying its not worth learning a fighting style in order to improve tricking... wtf? of course it helps!

Theres nothing better than going back and practicing the basics, even the simple kicks and getting the perfect.

Any knowlage of different martial arts or sports (E.g. I had a breakdancing lesson from Geoff from Zoonation!) really helps to give you an understanding of the different art forms that are incorperated in tricking and adds to your own personal style.

Well it's not like it IS a 540. Trickers call it a 540, capoeristas surely have their own name for it, same for wushu people :P
