I was going to post a picture of a windlass, at least that's what I thought it was called, but I keep finding pictures pertaining to the windlass on a sword and the mechanism that winds up rope.

This depends on what 'normally' is. If you're not getting protein in your diet then you need some other source of amino acids, since they are important. Of course you could have meant protein supplements and meant that you are eating meat and stuff, which is fine.

Developing hand muscle is pretty difficult. I think those are the muscles that pull your thumb and little finger inside.

This depends on what you have at home and in your gym. If you have some heavy weights, or perhaps a chinup bar, then you could build biceps at home. As stated above, increasing your hands is difficult. It requires specialty exercises, even chinups build your grip more in your forearm than in your hand.

This depends on the resources available and what you do and how hard and frequently you do it. Having a gym may provide a large variety of resources, spotters and motivation to try harder to look cool. Home training can allow more frequent workouts and alternatives for when it is closed or you can't get there.

I hope this means there will be a whole new collection of fantastic Graber quotes. And yes Graber you can grow muscle without supplements, you can add size to your arms training at home, and whether you train at home or at a gym doesn't matter (unless home training implies exclusively low-tech bodyweight-esque training, in which case you would probably be better off in a gym).
