i know its a bit of a mouthful, but you'll get used to it when people start variating and doubling it.

i would say so. that'd be a w/t? is that what your implying? but yeah like a gainer full is a full off one leg from the swing through transition. thats why you will see me say things like "full s/t full" just another way to say it.

TTT would just as important as TKT, good thinking picking up this issue.. I gotta admit that I kinda agree with Dan's simplified first answer.. Full but not back full, that way we just get a new understanding of the move but under the same name.

I call them McTwistyDoodles.
Or at least, that is what some random kid told me it was called once.

"Do a McTwistyDoodle!" -little gangsta kid
*fulltwist* -me
"Yeah, that was it!"

It really comes down to how precise you want your tricks. If you care about having hella precise tricks then things like TKT and i guess "TTT" now, are of interest to you. I prefer to have clean precise tricks so this kinda thing is what im interested in, its a way to better my tricks. Alexx, pm me if you have anymore questions. Safari, I love you, alot.

The thing is though, that even without precise names and stuff, people can strive for clean good looking tricks. I call my slanted bad cw fulls cw fulls anyway, because that's the trick I'm going for. I just say that it's an unclean shitty cw full, putting it under a certain name doesn't mean that "I'm happy with the move as I do it now and will stop working on it". It's just names after all. In the same way I don't need a separate name for a pop7 with a low kick, I don't need a separate name for different levels of fulltwist inversions, they just either look good or bad. :)

I agree with all of this, however I think the point of this thread and that Nick was going for is the idea that certain things ARE different, and those tricks should have different names (whatever those names may be.) Also, I really hope you're enjoying Tampere Open, wish I was there!
