Nice job. Doing a hook at the end of the flip can actually look even better to many people. Personally I think it just adds to the look, doesn't take it away. I'd say that's personal preference, but I assume that's what you really meant when saying that. The left-handed and right-handed thing isn't always true either. Some people are really mixed up with that kind of thing. It'd make more sense to go by which LEG is their dominant kicking leg and take it from that point of view.
Other than that, good. I never really messed with moonkick versus a straight on gainer flash, but still out of J-step. I considered working a slant gainer for next time I work on it. Probably will stick with that plan too. |
