fast isnt generally an option im afraid!

you shouldnt be in the habit of binge-stretching. stretch constantly! keep revising your programme. it'll benefit your tricking to no ends.

Just start stretching again. Start slower, and be patient, but trust me, it comes back a lot faster than it leaves...

I haven't stretched in ages, since I quit my last martial arts school in mid summer. My dynamic flexibility has realized almost no losses. I can still side kick to my shoulder height and perform all other kicks above my head, as I could during my MA peak, all with a minimal warmup. My static flexibility on the other hand is lacking(it always has, I freely admit I don't stretch nearly as much as I should), but I can get back to the same depth I had during the summer in a single 30 minute stretching session.

I'm not bragging, but just pointing out that it takes a very long time for flexibility to go away, and it comes back very quickly. I could quite likely be at my previous level of doing everything above cold in a week if I stretched. The OP can as well.

I feel quite the opposite.
I noticed only a small decrease in static flexibility during a period off almost no stretching at all. But my dynamic ROM had decreased immensly.

That was a traumatic experience; I'd rather not discuss it.
