want a gourmet hardcore desert/meal:

mix

- huge wild oats (contains protein and high carbs)

- cottage cheese (with highest fat content you can find, almost only protein)

- pure ground raw cocoa with _no_ sugar (20 % protein, 20% fat)

(- some whey if desired

- some fruits if desired)

- MAPLE SYRUP, for fixing taste

- a very slight amount of water

the fruits, maple syrup and cocoa makes it very tasty
