Cause you to shit a lot? I have a whey gainer, and been working out lately a lot more tha before, and I take whey after every workout and now I am crapping a lot. I dont eat any shit or junk food, I can only think of that causing it.. Is it possible? Should I lay of the whey?

Unless crapping a lot cuases you an exorbitant amount of pain I don't see how going to the loo often can be a bad thing....

Look on the label, is it predominantly whey protein concentrate or isolate?
If it's WPC does your stomach feel weird after you take it? If it does look into a WPI since there isn't any lactose in it. If your stomach feels fine you are just shitting more, which is good. |

i am lactose intolerent but the whey i have has no lactose in it and in every 100g i think 97g off protine r in it
