i dont really think DMAE is necessary at all. personally i take tyrosine/taurine and some caffeine pre workout and i go fucking crazy at the gym. i think those are all you need honestly. if your lifting weights then maybe some citruline malate or BCAA's.

Juji was just trying to make homemade Powerdrive, if he likes the product I guess there's no reason to bother fucking with it. But yes, I agree, I don't think DMAE is particularly potent. There's also a bunch of other stuff you could throw in besides just tyrosine, taurine and caffeine too.

and the reason why im saying this is because juji wants to save money so eliminating DMAE would save like $20 or so |

Uh, of the top of my head: alpha lipoic acid, ALCAR, B5, D ribose, glucuronolactone... Maybe beta alanine and ginkgo, but I dunno if they're really very useful.

If I just took out DMAE, or added Taurine or any other hundred nootropics in existence, it wouldn't be a powerdrive knockoff anymore, it just be a: Take all these random nootropics article. My goal was to emulate the formula of a major supplement company the best I could. Their formula has more backing than what "CakeNCream" on the TT.com forums recommends based on his personal experience (No offense to you of course; But you understand.)

i do understand where you are comming from, i was just throwing out a suggestion with the intent of saving you money. i know i might sound defensive but i assure you i do not feel that way. and about their formula having more backing then my experience, of course only because they are a major company. just look at dat dere celltech. why not just take regular CEE or mono? IMO its important to weed out whats working from whats just a filler.
