Blood in stool?
Yeah like the title says I recently(yesterday) started taking L-tysorine(500mg), Vitamin B6(20mg) and Phosphatidylcholine (1000mg) and well the day after I had blood in my stool. Which kind of got me quite worried because it means I might be having internal bleedings just wondering if I should be worrying about this and if it might be related to the nootropics?

I bet you just ate a red colored food or meal; Like red bell peppers for example, and noticed some of which had passed through undigested.
