I'm interested to know what you guys consume. Can you give me an example of what your daily diet is like including supplements?

Well I've only recently gotten into this healthy-eating business, so my meals can vary greatly from day to day; however I usually eat oats, eggs, loads of fruit, some veggies, plus either fish or meat..
I supplement with whey, vitamin B12, vitamn C + zinc, magnesium and omega 3 |

Juji didn't spend his time writing an article (to help the members of the forum) that contains a lot of healthy foods to eat. Nope, not at all.

Moose Lee- you're diet looks appealing discluding the pineapple meatball sub thingie.
I'd like to try it, since I'm switching up diets every week. Uhm only thing though is- I would like to avoid gaining any weight this winter so I'm wondering if eating snacks would be a bad idea for me. Fruits and veggies I suppose are okay though. |
