Default What do you eat?

I'm interested to know what you guys consume. Can you give me an example of what your daily diet is like including supplements?

Well I've only recently gotten into this healthy-eating business, so my meals can vary greatly from day to day; however I usually eat oats, eggs, loads of fruit, some veggies, plus either fish or meat..
I supplement with whey, vitamin B12, vitamn C + zinc, magnesium and omega 3

Juji didn't spend his time writing an article (to help the members of the forum) that contains a lot of healthy foods to eat. Nope, not at all.

morning = bowl of cereal, like corn flakes or raisin bran. and a glass of orange juice

snack 1 = celery sticks and cucumbers

snack 2 = similar to the first, mbe add carrots if I feel like it

lunch = a 6 inch meatball sub with lots o' pineapple and onions. YUMMY!

snack 3 = Jello! woot! Not pudding, I mean the actual Jello stuff

Supper = Today, steak and baked potatoe, big salad and a glass of diet ginger ale.

All through the day I down water. I've got 2 500mL bottles on me all the time that i constantly refill.

And I dont use any supplements of any sort :P

Moose Lee- you're diet looks appealing discluding the pineapple meatball sub thingie.

I'd like to try it, since I'm switching up diets every week. Uhm only thing though is- I would like to avoid gaining any weight this winter so I'm wondering if eating snacks would be a bad idea for me. Fruits and veggies I suppose are okay though.
