I just figured out how to get whiter teeth without buying any extracurricular products. Brush your teeth longer!

I've always brushed my teeth just once a day, good dental health too. But since maybe... October, I started tripling the brushing time, using extra paste, torturing the entire mouth musculature for that one brushing! I'm talking like 8 or 10 minutes straight with multiple rinses and extra paste application.

I've noticed my teeth are much whiter than they have ever been!

This is pretty cool.

who has used that crazy mouth wash called dental ph that u shake and when u use it u actually see the plaque in the sink that scares me ... yeah oral hygiene rules

Mmm makes sense I suppose. I tried using those dental strip things then found out they are unhealthy.
Perhaps I should try out this method.

I don't know about the extracurricular products, Juji. I may have to buy a sweatband for this. It'll be an endurance brush. ENDURANCE!! YEARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

I actually never used to brush my teeth, and yet never got a cavity. Just a few days ago, I decided I'd better start before I do. I will now brush every day, but go for length rather than brushing all the time. So far, in only three days I have acquired really nice, white teeth.

My teeth are impermeable.
