Today i made one... it came out more like scambled wheymlete then a wheymlet pan cake. to much gelatin?

you ever overcooked a load of eggs? its a motherfucker to wash off. Its a motherfucker to wash off because the protein. The more protein = the harder to wash off. Therefore im assuming it didnt come out well for the chap who made the thread because there was too much protein.
