Portland Gathering 06

Alright, so there has been a lot of interest in having a Portland Gathering so I guess we'll have to set it up! I was thinking around spring break time, I know most colleges will have a 2 week break the last week in march, first week of april. There is another gathering around that time on the other side of the US, Loopkicks and Team Hurricane. Do we want to schedule around this or just go for it? So as of now, there is a 2 week date period, if someone can give me some suggestions on what days, that would be awesome.

We also have to find a gym. Anyone who lives up in that area needs to find a gym, get some pricing and post it here so we can get it under way. Once we have a gym selected we can get lodging. I know a few people from my school who live up there so I might be able to get free/cheap lodging for a few people.

There is a gym called Naydenov Gymnastics http://www.ngymnastics.com/ It is $7.00 on sunday nights from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm.

From what the site says, thats in Vancouver, Washington? What other info can you get us? We would need to rent the gym for a couple hours on a saturday in the evening and sunday in the early morning/afternoon. I was thinking we could do this March 24th and 25th. Anyone disagree or want to do it the 31st and 1st of April?

Anyways, let me know what you find out about that gym, and anyone else from Portland who can help, let me know! We gotta get this scheduled and have people sign up to go so we know how many peeps and how much $$.

i live in p-town too. naydenov is in vancouver but its really close. i might be able to house a few people at my house but its tiny so...yeah.

Alright, I'm setting the date for the gathering. Saturday March 24, and Sunday March 25. Everyone can arrive that Friday, Saturday we will have a gym session, and probably go to a mall and trick through that, or on the streets or something. If someone knows a park too, depending on weather. Sunday we'll have another session earlier in the morning and everyone can leave that afternoon.

Does that work? I need some feedback on who is going so I can arrange where we will stay.

I might show up And if i do ill just crash at some old friends house.
By then i should be able to throw down some cash or sumthing but im not really that great at planning ahead. But Tricking in Portland Would Be Sick. i more than likely just Watch In Awe Since im a Lozer and cant do shit.
