Are there any supplements with not too many side effects that will fill you up with energy for tricking/rugby/wrestling and such?
I've been thinking about this for weeks and I actually know stuff like this actually exists but are there any that give a real noticeable boost for a cheap price? I'm hoping to spend $50 all in all for these and I'm not looking for large amounts of them, as long as its more than a weeks supply worth just to test out their usefulness. PS. I actually signed up just to ask this but I've been checking out the forums for a very long time but never felt like posting. |

Make sure you eat alot of complex carbs every day.
Take multivitamin, zinc etc tablets, and you should be all good. |

If you really feel like you need an energy boost, then something in your lifestyle needs to be changed.
Look into fixing your diet, rest, and training - before looking for a quick fix. |

yea find a good caffeine dose, that will work well. 6/7 spoons of instant coffee will make me feel so right.
Or get some meth or similar. Can you get ritalin? |
