I am doing moves and they always fall short of landing, they are all on my knees. What is wrong, Vertical, Not opening up to land soon enough? What are some tips going from the knee landing to the feet landing!?
The moves that attack my knees are: 1. Hypertwist 2. Corkscrew 3. double leg 4. half front flip 5. back full (not really on knees, but after the full twists I am in the air in a crouching position I land in a duck squat...leapfrog squat thing!) 6. btwist |

i dont know but my right knee hurts when i land 540's...it feels like its twisted inside or something...i hate it!
