Cool enjoying yourself

This is just a little summary of things i have picked up over the years. Some for conditioning for tricking, some for eating and some for just having fun.

Conditioning
1. When you condition don't think of "i have to do this cuase i need to beat my nextdoor nieghbour to the double back tuck.". Just think of being like a trickster you admire, and of tricks you want to land. For example 90% of the time the front tuck comes from just plain old leg strength no real way around it except conditioning.

2. When you go jogging to lose any excess wieght jog on your tip toes. This fources your wieght onto your calf musceles powering them up as well.

3. It doesn't matter if you use your arms or not; upper body buffness is cool. Don't denie it.

4. Spur yourself on by thinking of that perfect physyic you will have at the end of it all. Which, inciddently allows you the ability to kill your enemies and drink thier blood. MWAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!

Food for thought for food

1. Banana's are anti deppresents; tricking is a sport which is done well when you are happy and excited.

2.Bored of the same dishes. Find a new tasty way to cook chicken fillets.

3.Nuts contain protien and are tasty. FACT.

4.Have a good breakfast : Have a good day.

Enjoy

1. Take it slow.

2. Dress cool for tricking. It helps I don't know why but it does.

3.Make samplers whenever possible. It is a great morale boost to look at how you have improved over x months.

4. Before you start tricking, throw yourself in a random way onto the ground repeatedly to get over any fear of falling.

Submit your own material here if you like. Hope it helps see yah.

Oh my god.

edit: oh and nice little guide. One thing we have been doing recently to make our sessions more fun and to teach us to combo better--is to have an combo add-on contest. Just keep going and going til someone messes up, then start over.

Which includes any and all ways that simulate almost breaking your neck for a backtuck. LOL jk.
