Cool Health Snacks!

For a new years resolution im going to be as healthy as i can and make goals to work toward. ive been quite unhealthy recently and need some advice on what to eat during the day.

So i get pretty hungry during the day and need a s snack, its so easy to just whip out a pot noodle or hydrogenated fat pasta in sauce thing so thats what i do. Anyone got any suggestions on healthy snacks i can eat during the day?

try to make a more solid goal. It will be easier to obtain than saying: "I want to eat healthy for the rest of the year!". Make a goal that you will overcome your craving for your favorite unhealthy snack, or lower empty calorie consumption, eliminate fast food/soda, etc. These goals are more concrete, and will be easier to stick to.

I branle about 6-7 times a day so I don't really feel like snacking.

The foods still depend on what your goals are. Fruits never hurt. Try to just form some general rules of what not to eat in groups. It makes things easier. For instance, try to get most of your carbs in in the morning, and gradually cap carbs off towards the end of the day. I don't eat carbs after 7 PM unless it is post work-out. Protien every three hours. Keep the metabolism going. Lean meats. Green leafy veggies for lunch. Lots of water. Branle.
