do you even use it?
i use honey with: 1.) oatmeal. 2.) fruit. (at times) 3.) sweeten drinks (ie tea, other hot beverages, and even water-->thats good try it) 4.) and sometimes i drizzle a little on my salad. so how do you guys use honey? |

I don't eat it, way too much sugar, importantly fructose. Its a bit of an anorexic-jogging-health-food thing, generally. People that eat quinoa with yoghurt and honey for breakfast, and steamed vegetables for lunch.
I would imagine that the purported health benefits of it (such as it being a topical antiseptic, and systemic antibiotic effects too) are valid, but having to eat all that fructose would outweigh any benefits, imo. Last edited by rock_ten; Jan-01-07 at 10:27 AM.. |
