If i want to increase my spine flexibility so i can give myself head how would i go about it?

Lots of static stretching for the entire torso, make sure you balance front and back work so you don't develop an imbalance.

The better advice is to get a girl/boyfriend.

Wouldn't you need to get rid of some of your ribs to do that? There was something on FileCabi.net or something that I watched about the only guy in the world who could suck his own dick. They said he removed like, a couple ribs from the bottom so he could bend over like that. It might have been m90.org.
