I know why its good to have a whey shake after you workout, but what is the purpose of drinking it during your training? Will it still help your muscle and strength gains?

I'd suggest reading Juji's What, how and why is whey thread. I believe it's still on here somewhere.
Edit: Look how nice I am |

No, it is, but I'm too lazy to tell people what to do. Juji's thread goes into significant detail on including carbohydrates in proper ratios, if I remember correctly.

Yes, it's dated, but it's better than nothing. It's snobby to not suggest a more accessible solution for novice. Not everybody is ready to go through a specialty company or lay down the additional cash to get their hands on some raw hydrolyzed whey or BCAAs or Leucine etc.

Most of this crap can be found in ordinary GNC whey anyway, haha.

How could you? HOW COULD YOU!! Juji is like a god. You just hate on him because he's a much better tricker than you'll ever be. You're just jealous. Why don't you go home to mommy. |

He didn't respond to my PM asking if he took me off his buddy list. That makes me feel sad. :'(

P.S. If he's not responding to your PM that probably means he doesn't want to talk to you, which means he probably took you off his buddy list. |
