Default Blemish Removal and Skin Care

With my high intensity blemish removal strategy you can have clear perfect skin all over in a week! and be Super Spiffay and sexyful for your man ....Or woman if your actually into that sort of thing...XD

What you need.

-A couple tubes of the Clearasil face wash (Not the sensitive skin kind..this is hardcore)
-A loofah or scrub brush
-A good NATURAL moisturizer to use AFTER you have finished your week.

Its actually very simple. In the morning and in the evening wash all over your body with the clearasil acne wash.

This does two things, it fights bacteria to prevent any NEW blemishes from forming, and it dries the fuck out of your skin. Which is good.

In the morning coat your entire body by hand with the clearasil wash (avoid genitals...unless you have zits on your penis??) and let it sit for about a minute and scrub off by hand under water.

At night do the same but apply with a loofah or body brush to buff away the dry nasty skin and take some of those blemishes with it.

For the week your skin will be dry as fuck. But you should hopefully have no more blemishes.

How to keep blemish free and maintain healthy skin?

Moisturize : After your high intensity blemish removal is done, its important to find a GOOD moisturizer to keep your skin healthy.

Good things to look for in a moisturizer.

-Shea Butter
-Glycerin
-Silicon (Too much silicon canleave your skin greasy however)
-Green Tea
-Vitamin C and or E
-Carrot Extract
-RiboFlavin (B2)

What to avoid at ALL COSTS

-Moisturizers containing any Mineral oils
These will clog your pores and cause MORE potential blemishes as well as leave an oily residue

-SD Alcohol or formaldehyde. These will dry your skin instead of moisturizing it

-Fragrances & preservatives try to avoid heavily scented creams as well as those that contain too many preservatives because they are more likely to cause allergic reactions. Examples of preservatives include propylene glycol, parabens, sodium lauryl, sulfate, and sodium benzoate.

Use good soap

Not all soap is good for your skin...well actually...most soap isnt good for your skin lol...

It may not be Manly but soaps like..Johnsons , aveeno and St ives are very good for you (Johnsons being bottom tier..which i use with Shea butter & Green Tea)

However most of these like all soaps contain the common ingredient of "Sodium Lauryl Sulfate" or "Sodium Laureth Sulfate". They are a potential skin irritant and Carcinogin (Possible cancer causing substance). It is used in almost all commercial soap products because it is cheap and provides the "foaming" effect. People get by using such soaps ..so its not a big deal but if your serious about skin health, try visiting bath and body works for some all natural products or order online.

Tan

Tanning is bad. But not in moderation. Ultra Violet exposure stimulates Vitamin D absorbtion which is good for overall skin health.

If you dont already have a decent base tan, Get one following advise from your friendly neighborhood tanning salon.

You dont need to be dark....the darker you are the worse for your skin BLECH. Once you have a nice base tan, you can maintain it by tanning a couple times a week while wearing SPF 15 sun screen or you can use SPF 30 and tan longer (Sun Block and sun screen are TOTALY different. Sun screen is NOT sun BLOCK). Enough UV will be absorbed to stimulate melanin production but not enough to cause signifigant damage.
