Ok so, i want to do dynamic stretching and titanium ankles program every morning.
At what order should i do it? and static stretches needed? and a warm-up? thanks in advance ![]() |

In this order:
1)Branle 2)Dynamics 3)Branle 4)Titanium ankles (while branle'ing of course!) 5)Branle Those should all be done before your regularly scheduled morning branle and shouldn't take longer than 3 1/2 min....if you're slow |

Considering you're young and might mistake branle for something else I'll just ask you to ignore all the words that say "branle" in the above post and just do the rest. The time is really up to you how fast you want to go about it but I suggest at least 15-20 minutes if you're doing both.

and note that static stretches are not needed. You only need a small warm up before dynamic stretching (just to get the blood flowing).
