NJ Gathering [interest thread]

Would anyone be interested in a New Jersey gathering?
-We have a gym that ill call if there is interest (to see if we could rent it out for 1, maybe 2 days?),
-a hotel (no one can have people over from my knowledge), which is $100(110.88 w/ tax, haha) a night(and obviously more than one person per room, so the price can be split about 4 or more ways per room. Maybe like 6 if you can sneak people in, haha.),
-and many fields to trick on.
If we are lucky we could get a tkd dojo for a few hours too.
This would be in the summer, and we already have about 10 tricksters in the area we will host it in, if it happens. Anyone interested?
-EDIT: Oh and if your looking by mapquest to see how far it is, try from kenilworth, NJ, since thats where the hotel i have in mind is.

I have made a list of people who are interested, and i will keep updating.
*Once i am happy with the number of people who are interested, i'll go to the planning stage
(We all know about half of the people who are interested actually go)

Saturday
-gym session [we will rent it out] (afternoonish)

-gym session[same as the other day]

{including: walking around, tricking in dunkin donuts and in busy intersections etc.}

Any suggestions to other fun things you can think of?

- All rooms are the same price, so get the biggest room and split the cost between as many people as possible(duh)
- You could just sleep in a car too haha.

A Nj gathering would be sweet. I went to the NY gathering yesterday but the drive was so long. I teach at a TKD school and my friend is the head instructor. Not sure about letting strangers in, thats all up to the big boss man. I usually trick with about 5-7 people that might be interested.

Hell maybe some NY trickers will come down

I was at the NY gathering yesterday too. I was the black guy with the fro, i dunno if you saw me or not. But yeah just keep postin interest in this guys. Maybe it can happen.

The only thing I have a problem with is that no one will offer other tricksters a place to crash. I can understand if you don't know them, but seriously, I wouldn't mind camping outside if I got to use a shower once in awhile. I'd totally be game. and probably some others from indiana

Well its not their houses, its their parents. Im sure you can understand why a parent would not want like 3 random people, some over like 20, staying in their house when their kid met them on the internet, even if that.

That's understandable now that I think of it. I'm just used to my house and family who have two spare bedrooms for just the occasion. We also have a barn for people could crash.
